Ship tickets.
Get promoted.

Code challenges without the code. You're the new hire at a dev agency, and clients send tickets full of scrambled data: legacy encodings, XOR-ed webhooks, lost keys. You crack each one by chaining operators every developer knows. Get paid in gems, climb from Intern to Staff Engineer, and compete for real cash bonuses.

No code · just operators Intern → Staff Engineer Skill-only promotions Not crypto. No wallets.

Every new hire does the take-home.

It's a real tier-1 ticket, generated just for you. Chain an operator, tune it until the signal locks, and ship it against hidden payloads.

01How a contract works

The core loop
01

Take a contract

Browse the contract board. Each contract is one client with a messy data problem, a small cast and a deadline. Taking one is always free.

02

Read the ticket

Your lead and the client send tickets in a chat. The rules come out in the story: "Baba Femi shifted every record by the day of the month."

03

Build the thread

Open the thread and chain operators: shift, reverse, b64decode, xor and more. Every node shows its output, and the signal tells you how close you are.

04

Get paid, get promoted

Pay scales with the payloads your thread cracks, plus a 20% Clean PR bonus. The client replies with what you decoded, and the next ticket arrives.

// pay per ticket
gems = min + (max − min) × passRatio // + 20% Clean PR bonus if every hidden test passes on your first submit

Earned, never bought

A career that means something.

Career gems only go up, and they only come from shipping. Every promotion unlocks harder clients. Seniors can't farm intern contracts, and no plan sells gems, promotions or extra tests.

Unique ticket per developer

Keys, data and tests differ for everyone. Shared answers are useless.

Hidden tests, hidden shortlist

Tests never leave the server. You see your distance to the bonus shortlist, not other scores.

Sandboxed grading

Your code runs in isolated WASM sandboxes with no network and hard time limits.

Audited payouts

Identity checks, approach writeups and similarity checks before any cash moves.
